Pages from the Workbook: the cover, ledger-to-award worksheet, a worksheet and the open-items tracker.
The problem

Stop preparing from memory.

When one person knows where everything lives, every request becomes a search and every absence becomes a risk.

The Workbook puts the whole preparation on paper: what to find, where it is, who owns it and what happens next. Anyone on the team can pick it up.

What’s inside

Find the record. Name the owner. Track the next step.

Start with the checklist on pages 3–4. Use the matching worksheet to gather what you need, then move anything missing or unclear to the tracker with an owner and a follow-up date.

A good fit if

  • Your staff will do the preparation, maybe for the first time
  • Responsibility for records has changed hands
  • Last year’s fieldwork meant searching for the same documents twice

Look elsewhere if

  • The books need catching up first. Start with your accountant.
  • You’re missing written policies. See the Binder Kit.
  • No one has time to do the work. See the Audit-Prep Sprint.
Questions

Answered straight.

Is the checklist included?

Yes. The actual two-page checklist is on pages 3–4. The Workbook expands its 24 prompts into worksheets and adds seven more worksheets and four tracking tools. One download, no separate signup.

Is it advice, or a compliance product?

Neither. It organizes records and the questions that need an expert answer. Every worksheet that touches a judgment call routes the question to your CPA or other qualified adviser.

What doesn’t it do?

It doesn’t determine whether an audit is required, whether costs are allowable, or whether records are complete or sufficient. Bring those judgments to your qualified advisers. Buying the Workbook doesn’t create a client, advisory or professional relationship.

What format is it?

A 41-page letter-size PDF with clickable contents and bookmarks. Print it or write on it with your PDF reader’s annotation tools; it isn’t a fillable form. Edition 1, September 2026.

How is it delivered?

Stripe handles checkout. After payment you land on your download page immediately, and your Stripe receipt carries the same link.

What is the refund policy?

Fourteen days, no questions. Reply to your receipt or email billing@auditreadygrants.com from the purchase address and the refund is issued through Stripe.

Can we share it inside our organization?

Yes. One purchase covers one organization’s internal use. Please don’t redistribute or resell it.

Preparation material, not advice. Audit Ready Grants is not a CPA firm and does not perform audits or provide accounting, legal, tax or compliance advice.
