What we do — and what we don't
Audit Ready Grants provides grant-compliance document preparation and administrative support services to nonprofits. We organize, index, and cross-check your federal award documentation so it is ready for your auditor.
We are not a CPA firm. We do not perform audits, reviews, compilations, or any attestation service. We do not provide accounting, legal, tax, or compliance advice, and nothing on this site or in our deliverables constitutes professional advice. Your auditor's opinion remains entirely theirs, and questions of GAAP, Uniform Guidance interpretation, or audit strategy belong with your CPA.
Services and payment
- Readiness Scan — free, one page, delivered within 3 business days of receiving your documents. No obligation.
- Compliance Desk — month-to-month subscription at the published rate for your federal spend tier. No long-term contracts; cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
- Deep Scorecard and Audit-Prep Sprint — one-time, fixed-fee engagements as described on the pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. One-time engagements are billed per the proposal. Rates are published on this site; any custom scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Our work is only as good as the documents we receive. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, for reviewing each monthly package, and for the decisions you make with your auditor, board, and funders. Final responsibility for your organization's compliance and financial reporting always rests with you.
No guarantee of audit outcomes
We do not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any audit, including whether findings are issued. We commit to organized, complete, traceable documentation — not to any particular audit result.
Confidentiality
Your documents and data are handled per our Privacy Policy, through secure access-controlled storage. We do not disclose your information or your engagement with us to third parties except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
