We collect only what we need to deliver the service you asked for, we never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing, and your financial documents are handled through secure, access-controlled storage — never email attachments.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, organization, and email address when you request the readiness scan or the checklist.
- Documents you choose to share — grant award notices, GL exports, timesheets, and similar records uploaded for your scan or monthly package.
- Basic site data — standard, anonymized server logs. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels.
How we use it
- To deliver your readiness scan, scorecard, or monthly package.
- To send the checklist you requested and, if you stay subscribed, occasional practical emails about Single Audit readiness. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your documents with anyone, except the service providers that help us operate (for example, secure document storage), who are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.
Document security
Client documents are exchanged through a dedicated, access-controlled Box.com folder — never as email attachments. Access is limited to the person preparing your package. When an engagement ends, client documents are deleted from active storage within 90 days unless you ask us to keep or return them sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your contact information or documents by writing to the address below.
