The short version
The checklist signup asks for your name and email address to deliver the resource. The Readiness Score uses your self-reported answers and contact details to show your result and request a personal follow-up. Sprint inquiries request a conversation about scope and timing. Occasional practical marketing emails are optional and require the separate checkbox on the signup form. You can unsubscribe from those optional emails at any time.
Information handled by the site
When you submit the checklist form, your name, email address, optional-marketing choice, and basic signup-source fields are sent to FormBackend, the service used to process the form. We use the submission to provide the requested resource. We use the optional-marketing choice only to record whether you requested occasional related Audit Ready Grants content. We do not sell your information.
As with most websites, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time for security and service operation. Hosting-provider and form-provider practices are governed by their own notices and terms.
Sensitive records
Do not send or upload client records, grant files, financial documents, credentials, or other sensitive information through this website. No public upload workflow is currently offered.
The free Readiness Score
The form asks for your name and work email, organization, role and optional state; your federal-expenditure band, fiscal year end, audit history, fieldwork timing and whether you have subrecipients; and self-reported yes, partial or no answers about your records. Questions that do not apply are excluded.
Your result is calculated in your browser and shown on screen. When you submit the form, your answers, contact details, result, critical flags, priority gaps, routing and source/version fields are sent to FormBackend so that we can follow up with you. The website does not automatically email your result. Use save or print to keep a copy.
The next-step buttons shown after your result only change what the page shows in your browser. That choice is not stored or sent to FormBackend. Preparation tips by email require the separate optional checkbox; your score does not depend on that choice.
Readiness Review requests
The Readiness Review request form sends your name, work email, organization, fieldwork timing and request-list status to FormBackend so we can reply with an engagement letter. If you engage us, you send only your annotated request list and written answers, by reply email to our business account. They stay in that account, are not downloaded to synced folders, and are never sent to an AI or outside processing service. Anything else sent by mistake is deleted and you are told.
Sprint inquiries and proposal requests
A request from the score page reuses your contact details, organization, role, optional state, audit history, federal-expenditure band, result and priority gaps, and adds your fieldwork timing and number of active federal awards. A direct Sprint inquiry asks for your name, work email, organization, fieldwork timing, award count and whether this is your first Single Audit, a later audit or you are unsure.
These requests are sent through FormBackend with source and timing/fit routing fields and used to follow up about service fit, scope and timing. An inquiry does not reserve capacity or confirm an engagement. Do not enter exact financial figures or sensitive records. We do not publish or sell your answers or results.
Purchases
If you buy a digital product, checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy; Audit Ready Grants receives your email address, the purchase record, and any tax calculation, and never sees your full card number. We use the purchase email to deliver the product, honor refunds, and send a revised edition if one is issued. We do not add purchasers to marketing email unless they separately opt in.
External links
The site links to official government resources and uses externally hosted fonts. External providers may receive ordinary technical request data when your browser loads their resources. Their own privacy practices apply.
Your choices
You do not need to opt into marketing to receive the checklist. If you opt in, you may later unsubscribe using the link included in marketing messages. A request to stop marketing does not prevent a message needed to deliver something you requested.
Future changes
This notice will be updated before the website adds a document intake process, paid service checkout, or another materially different use of personal information.
